All transportation services are subject to the terms, conditions, and insurance policies of the contracted carrier.

All payments are due as specified in our invoices, rate confirmations, or service agreements. Late payments may result in administrative fees, interest charges, or suspension of services. Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. reserves the right to withhold services until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

Shippers are responsible for providing accurate shipment details, proper packaging, legal documentation, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Carriers are solely responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, cargo insurance, liability insurance, safety compliance, and legal operation of their equipment.

Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. is not responsible for carrier compliance failures.

Our Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or guaranteed transit times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to:

Delays in transportation, Loss or damage to cargo, Carrier negligence System outages, Business interruption and Third-party actions.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the brokerage fees paid for the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor strikes, government actions, border delays, mechanical failures, acts of terrorism, or pandemics.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and branding, is the exclusive property of Freight Board Logistics Services Inc. and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
